Hello & Welcome!

My name is Yuri Pineda (she/her). I'm a Storyboard Artist and 2D Animator (hand-drawn & cut-out), residing in California, specializing in comedy, action, and drama, but am always pushing my boundaries to tell engaging stories!

After graduating from California State University, Fullerton, I became a Storyboard Artist mentee for Netflix's Animation Foundations Program. I also went on to be an Animator and Lead Retake Animator at ATTN: Media and have done a number of freelancing gigs, working with studios such as Adobe, Dusk Fawx Animation, and Nasse Animation Studio, to name a few.  

As someone who grew up practically outdoors, I enjoy spending time hiking, bicycling, and fishing. Whenever I'm not roaming, it's always a joy to just plop down on the couch and watch some fantasy or horror shows/movies or play my Switch.
